摘要
从许多实务证据得知,中国传统医药的观念深深地影响多数台湾地区人民的健康自我照顾行为,因此,中医及中医护理的独特价值需要被传承及推动。为了解台湾中医护理教育的发展现况,该研究特以问卷调查及专家座谈等方式进行资料收集,并针对所得内容进行SWOT分析,共计有5项优势、8项劣势、6项机会及6项威胁;其中,值得注意的是"护理主事者不认同中医护理"同时出现在问卷填答结果及专家座谈观点中,依分析所得结果提出未来推动中医护理发展的建议。
Much evidence of research and clinical practices showed that the Chinese traditional medicine has greatly influenced the Taiwan Residents civil behaviors in health management; thus the special values of Chinese traditional medicine and nursing care should be passed down, verified and promoted either. This study approached the current development and situations of the Chinese traditional medicine and nursing care in Taiwan through a validly structured questionnaire and experts discussion with SWOT analysis. The results demonstrated that there were 5 strengthens, 8 weaknesses, 6 opportunities and 6 threats in the current situation of nursing education of traditional Chinese Medicine. Furthermore, an important finding was that the statement of ＂the leaders of Current Nursing Professionals are not identified in the Nursing Care of the traditional Chinese Medicine＂ had been revealed in both the questionnaire survey and the experts＇ discussion. At the end of the present paper, some recommendations have been made for the future development of the nursing education of the traditional Chinese Medicine.
