海南岛蜂海绵Haliclona sp.化学成分的研究 被引量:2

STUDIES ON THE CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF HAINAN ISLAND SPONGE HALICLONA SP.

摘要 对来自我国南海海南岛蜂海绵(Haliclona sp.)的化学成分进行了研究。应用柱层析等分离手段,运用红外、紫外、质谱、核磁共振、元素分析等现代鉴定手段,从中分离鉴定出两个生物碱:1,3-二甲基黄嘌呤(Ⅰ)和1,3-二甲基-6-亚氨基-2-氧代嘌呤(Ⅱ)。其中(Ⅱ)初步确定为一新化合物。 The chemical constituents of the marine sponge Haliclona sp. collected from Hainan Island have been studied. Two alkanoids ( I ) and (II) have been isolated. ( I ) and ( II ) were identified based on the spectra analysis to be 1, 3-dimethyl-xanthine and 1, 3-dimethyl-6-imino-2-oxopurine. 1, 3-dimethyl-6-imino-2-oxopurine is perhaps a new compound.
