摘要
目的:筛选金银花抗流感病毒的有效部位,为金银花药效物质基础阐明提供依据。方法:通过观察金银花不同提取部位对流感病毒(甲型和乙型)侵染的宿主MDCK(狗肾细胞系,为流感病毒宿主细胞株)细胞的保护作用,以MDCK细胞病变(CPE)百分率为指标,经Reed-Muench方法测定各半数有效浓度(EC50)及治疗指数(TI),从而筛选出金银花抗流感有效部位。结果:金银花的石油醚提取物、丙酮提取物、乙醇提取物、水提取物以及粗提取物均有抑制流感病毒的作用,而三氯甲烷提取物与乙酸乙酯提取物均无抑毒效果;其中石油醚提取物及乙醇提取物的EC50较利巴韦林还要小,抑菌活性强。结论:金银花具有确切的抗流感病毒作用,其石油醚提取物及乙醇提取物是抗流感病毒有效成分最为集中的部位,其效果较利巴韦林更好。
Objective:To screen effective fraction of anti-influenza virus(IV) extracted from flos lonicerae japonicae, which would provide evidence for explanation of active substance foundation of flos lonicerae japonicae. Methods: Through the protection of various part extracted from flos lonicerae japonicae to MDCK affected by IV A and B, percentage of cytopathic effect(CPE) was observed,EC^0 and TI was determined by Reed-Mueneh method,and hoped to find its anti-IV active fraction. Results:There had exact anti-IV activity in the various extracts of petroleum ether,acetone,ethanol,water and crude extract from flos lonicerae japonicae,but the extracts of chloroform and acetic ether had little;in fact,EC~ of the extract of petroleum and ethanol were less than which of ribovirin. Conclusion: Flos lonicerae japonicae had exact anti-IV activity,the most active ingredients focus in the extracts of petroleum and ethanol,they achieved better effect than ribovirin.
