摘要
教师培训是促进教师成长的一种载体,随着课程改革的深入发展和教师专业化进程的加快,对教师培训提出了更高的要求.提高教师培训质量,是培训机构、培训管理部门和参与培训教师的共同追求.构建监控教师培训质量的评价体系,实施教师培训过程的整体评价,能够不断改进和完善教师的培训过程,提高教师培训质量,促进教师的专业发展.
Teacher education is an important approach teacher grow up. As curriculum innovation procssds deeply, higher demands for teacher-tranlng is put forward. To enhance the quality of teaeher-traning is the same goal of training organizations, administratuve departments, and teachers, and teachers. To improve teacher-traning, and to prompt teacher's professional development, an evaluative indicator system must be set up, and all the processes of teacher-traning must be evaluated.
