摘要
高校图书馆作为公共文化服务的主要机构,应当在为本校服务的基础上,延伸服务范围,创新服务方式,发挥其社会服务职能,参与公共文化服务体系的建设,在工作中坚持主动性、针对性、公益性原则,采取与公共图书馆整合、向社区、农村、企业延伸服务等方式,与各类型文化机构联合起来,共同构建公共文化服务体系。
As a main public cultural service component, university library should expand its service scope and renew its service ways besides its service in its own university in order to do its serving parts in the society well and take part in the building of the public cultural service system. So in the working process, the university library should insist the active, for the certain parts and for the public goods rules and take the ways of uniting the public library, extending its service to the society, country and factories and uniting all kinds of cultural departments to build the public cultural serving system together.
