摘要
通过酚试剂分光光度法检测甲醛的浓度,实验表明:在检测波长为630nm,显色剂用量0.3mL~0.5mL,显色温度20~30℃,显色时间20min时可以较好地保证分析过程的质量。
The determination of formaldehyde were presented by MBTH spectrphotometry.The quality of analysis process can be guaranteed when the wavelength of detection is 630nm,the reagent dosage is between 0.3 mL to 0.5 mL,the reaction temperature is 20~30℃ and its reaction time is 20 minutes.
