摘要
以湖北农业专业镇建设为例,对农业专业镇的起源、类型、内涵和功能进行了阐述。分析了以湖北为代表的中部省市地区在现代农业建设中存在的问题以及金融危机带来的挑战和机遇,阐述了以农业专业镇建设作为农村经济发展模式以促进中部地区农村经济平稳快速增长的可行性和必要性,并在理论与现实分析的基础上,提出了发展农业专业镇的对策建议。
Abstract This paper illustrated the origin,new connotation and new functions of specialized agricultural townships as well as their types by taking Hubei for example. The problems that lie in the devel opment of modern agriculture in central China were analyzed,including the opportunityes and challenges caused by the economic crisis. Meanwhile, the feasibility and necessity of using the specialized agricultural townships as one of the developing models of rural economy to accelerate the development of the agri- cultural economy were presented. Besides, the countermeasure and suggestions for the construction of specialized agricultural townships in the central region of China were offered.
