摘要
强直性脊柱炎(AS)病因复杂,病程漫长,晚期可出现不同程度的残废,极大地影响了病人的生活质量。西医学对该病尚无特异性疗法。近年来,中医药对AS的治疗取得了喜人的成绩,优势日益突出,但是中医药防治AS的研究还存在着诸多的问题,如中医对AS的概念尚不统一,缺乏规范的诊断分型,中医特色的临床调研还很少等。学会独立地运用中医学理论思考,不断发现并弥补这些缺陷,才能够更好地提升中医诊治AS的水平。
The Etiology of ankylosing spondilitis is complicated with a long clinical course. The patients may appear various disabilities in degrees at the terminal stage. It greatly affects the patients＇ quality of life. So far, there isn＇t any specific treatment for this disease in Western Medicine. In recent years, Chinese Medicine has made gratifying achievements in the treatment of AS, and its advantages have become increasingly prominent. But there are still many deficiencies on the study of AS, for instance, Chinese Medicine on the concept of AS is not yet unified, the diagnostic classification is not completely standardized, clinical researches with TCM features are still few, etc. Learn to think independently with TCM theories, find and compensate for these deficiencies continuously, to improve the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment of AS.
