摘要
代际正义是指社会制度的某种状态或性质,这种状态和性质以对当代人的节制作为其核心价值,以自然资源、环境资源乃至社会资源在人类各代之间的公平分配和使用、满足人类各代的生存和发展需要作为其本质内容,以人类社会可持续发展作为其最终的社会发展目标。
Inter-generational justice refers to some state or nature, which chooses the control of contempory people as its core value, the impartial distribution of natural and environmental resources among huamn generations for their survival and development as its essential contents, and the sustainable development of society as its ultimate goal.
