摘要
为加强农村基层组织建设,培养党政干部后备人才,引导大学生转变就业观念,面向农村基层就业创业,国家实施了"大学生村官计划",在取得明显成效的同时,也存在着现实的不足。为此,我们应着力构建大学生村官工作的长效机制,努力让他们"下得去、待得住、干得好、流得动。"
The scheme of college student-turned village officials has been implemented in our eountry in order to strengthen the construction of rural organizations at grass-level, train talented people of the Party and government, guide college graduates to transform their employment concept, and finally encourage them to go to work in rural areas. This scheme has produced some obvious positive effects; however, it also displays some insufficiencies. This paper, therefore, discusses the construction of the long-term effective mechanism through which college student-turned village officials can settle in to work efficiently in rural areas, enjoy living there and make real achievements.
