基于改进阈值的低压电力线信道中的小波去噪方法 被引量:4

A Denoising Method Based on Improved Wavelet Threshold in Low-voltage Power Line Channel

摘要 在电力线信道的小波去噪方法中,应用广泛的是小波变换阈值法。但传统的阈值法阈值单一,且在信号连续性较差的情况下,运用传统阈值法还会产生伪吉布斯现象。为了克服阈值法的不足,在平移不变量小波阈值去噪法的基础上,通过仿真低压电力线信道噪声,对阈值函数进一步改进,使阈值的变化与噪声的小波变换随尺度的变化特性相一致。仿真实验可以看出,该方法可以有效改善信号的信噪比,减小原始信号与估计信号之间的均方根误差,对含噪信号有更好的去噪效果。 Among the wavelet denoising methods of power line communication (PLC), the wavelet transform(WT) threshold method is widely used. However,the threshold of traditional threshold method is simplex, and in the condition of poor continuity of the signal, the use of this method will produce pseudo- Gibbs phenomenon. In order to conquer the threshold method's shortages,the threshold func- tion is further improved through the simulation of channel's noise based on the translation invariant wavelet,which makes the threshold's changes be consistent with the noise's property according to the scale. It can be seen from the simulation results that this method can effectively improve the sig- nal- to- noise ratio(SNR),reducing the root mean square error(RMSE) between the original signal and the estimated signal,and it has better denoising effect.
