论重庆CDM市场发展的战略选择

摘要 清洁发展机制(CDM)是《京都议定书》项下唯一涉及发展中国家碳排放交易的双赢机制,未来几年将是碳排放交易市场的黄金时期,作为温室气(GHGs)体排放大市,重庆应当珍惜这来之不易的机会,利用清洁发展机制促进经济的可持续发展与环境保护。但是目前重庆的清洁发展机制项目运行不容乐观。本文在阐述清洁发展机制重要意义的基础上,深入分析重庆市清洁发展机制项目滞后的原因,并对重庆的清洁发展机制之路提出合理化建议。
