摘要
由于山区高速公路的地质、地形条件复杂,使隧道规模越来越大,建设难度增加,因此更要重视前期的规划设计工作。隧道设计应以安全、功能、环保、经济为重点,不仅要满足有关规范的技术指标,还要注意与路线总体、洞外构造物相衔接,达到"系统最优"的目的,同时应充分汲取国内外公路隧道建设与运营的经验,实现"安全与效益"的统一,提高我国公路隧道建设的技术水平。
Because the geological and landform condition of expressway in mountain area is complex, the construction scale of tunnel is enlarged, and the construction difficulty is increased, so the prophase planning and survey should be paid more attention to. Safety, function, environmental protection and economy are the emphasis of tunnel design. The technical indexes of tunnels should meet the requirement of related standards and the join of tunnels with highway route and the structures outside tunnels should be noticed to achieve the object of "optimal system". Meanwhile the domestic and foreign experiences of highway tunnel construction and operation should be absorbed to achieve the unification of "safety and benefit", thus the technical level of highway tunnel construction in China will be heightened.
