摘要
现代化的钻井及井控模拟器不仅能实现常规钻井、井控操作模拟,而且还可以通过各种新钻井技术的应用,使用户在一个没有风险、花费低廉、模拟真实钻井现场的环境下进行技术培训。为此,详细介绍了现阶段钻井及井控模拟器的研制状况以及模拟器的未来发展趋势,如无线网络的引入、海洋专用钻井模拟器和虚拟现实技术,对钻井及井控模拟器与其他钻井设计/规划软件作了比较,指出了模拟器对钻井培训的重要性。
Modern drilling and well-control simulators are used not only to simulate conventional drilling and well-control,but also to carry out a technological training under the conditions of no risk,low cost and a real drilling site by applying new drilling technologies.This paper presents the development of drilling and well-control simulators as well as their future development,i.e.introducing wireless network,drilling simulator special for offshore drilling and virtual reality techniques.It also shows the importance of simulators to drilling training and compares the drilling simulator with other drilling design/planning software.
