摘要 精密播种具有省工、省时、增产的优点,是当今播种作业的发展方向。精密排种器是影响精密播种质量的关键部件,提高作业效率是精密播种机发展的重要一环,如何提高精密排种器的排种频率是目前农机行业研究的一个重点。精密排种器按其工作原理可分为机械式和气力式。目前,气力式精密排种器的排种频率已能基本满足高速作业的要求,然而由于其结构复杂、成本较高,不适合在我国农村普及。为此,对机械式精密排种器进行了研究与设计,为机械式精密排种器的研究提供参考。 Precision planting of the province, save time, increase the benefits, is the sowing operations direction of development. Precision is the kind of impact on the quality of precision planting of key components, improving operating efficiency precision seeder is an important part of development, therefore, how to improve the precision of the seed for the current frequency of agricultural machinery industry research a priority. Precision metering device with its working principies can be divided into mechanical and gas - power. At present, air - precision metering for metering frequency has'been able to basically meet the requirements of high - speed operations, but because of its complicated structure, high cost, not suitable for all rural areas in China. Mechanical frequency is still far from meeting the requirements precision metering device structure is simple, low cost, but its seed of high - speed operations, oendinz further study.
