儿童保健门诊营养状况分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的调查儿童营养状况、喂养问题和进食技能发育情况,以有目的地指导家长合理喂养。方法儿童保健门诊医生专人采用自行设计表格对就诊5 780名儿童的家长进行询问,调查儿童营养问题和进食技能,测量儿童体格发育指标、评定营养状况,指尖外周血查血红蛋白评估贫血。结果36.6%的9~12个月龄婴儿及40.7%的幼儿体重增长不足;≤6个月婴儿配方奶液过浓超过10%;9.3%的7~8个月龄婴儿及8.8%的5~6个月龄婴儿奶量摄入不足;17.1%的7~8个月婴儿及12.2%的9~12个月婴儿夜间喂奶;7~8个月婴儿贫血占18.6%、9~12个月占13.1%;22.8%的幼儿及13.5%的3~5岁学龄前儿童使用奶瓶;1~2岁幼儿口腔功能不良占17.9%;3~5岁儿童需家长喂饭达30.7%。结论本文资料结果显示婴儿后期和幼儿期是"营养问题年龄",幼儿期和学龄前期是"口腔技能发育问题年龄",此多为婴儿期食物转换过程遗留问题,因此6~24个月是儿童保健重点关注的年龄。
