摘要
提出一种新型的焊接铝的电源—交流方波TIG焊电源的基本电路结构和工作过程,该电源采用IGBT作为开关元件组成双逆变器形式.实验表明,即使在小电流无稳弧装置的情况下,亦可满意地进行铝合金的焊接.同时还对系统的动态特性作了定量的分析.
The paper presents a new power for welding aluminum alternative square wave TIG welding power and it's structure and operating course and calculates the dynamic property of the system.The research shows that the welding still is successful in small current without Arc stabilizer.
