摘要
通过将本科生的科技创新项目与流水线实验的开发相结合,一方面提高了学生的实验操作能力和实验创新能力,另一方面充分利用实验室各方面的条件,开发出了适合本科教学特点的流水线组装实验。应用基础工业工程的作业分析和动作分析方法,结合达宝易软件,找出有效动素、辅助动素和无效动素,调整工位及作业内容,得到标准作业方案,进一步完善了工业工程实验系统的开发。
Combining the innovative projects of undergraduates with the flow line experiment development, the experiment operation skill and innovative ability of undergraduates are improved. At the same time, the flow assembly line experiment is developed which is appropriate for undergraduates study. With the method of the activity study, motion analysis and the Double E software, the effective, assistant and noneffective therbrigs can be found. Then the working units and the operation can be optimized. Also the standardized operation style can be gained. It further improves the IE experiment system.
