摘要
探讨PLC和变频器在纺织空调系统中的节能应用。介绍了利用变频器、PLC、数模转换模块、闭环温度控制模块、温湿度传感器等构成的温差闭环自动调节系统,分析了自动控制和手动控制方式,通过正确的安装调试,技术改造后运行效果较好。通过节能分析计算,认为:采用变频调速每年可节约电费8万余元,投资回收期15个月,节能效果可观。
Applications of PLC and frequency converter in textile air conditioning system were discussed. Regulating system of applying frequency converter, PLC, data conversion module, temperature module, temperature & humidity sensor was introduced. Automatic control and manual control were analysed. Through correct installation and adjustment, operation effect is better after technology modification. Through energy-saving analyses and calculation it is considered that after adopting frequency converter annual electricity cost could be saves about 80 000 RMB,investment recovery period is about one year, energy-saving effect is better.
