APPLICATION OF METABONOMICS IN CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASE RESEARCH

摘要 对代谢组学的概念、基本原理、检测手段等做了简要介绍,综述了代谢组学技术在心血管疾病的病理生理学基础、早期诊断以及预防和治疗方面的现状。并对代谢组学在心血管疾病研究中的发展作出展望。 The concept, theory, and classiC of metabonomics are introduced. In data acquisition platform, NMR, MS, LC/MS are the prevalent techniques, ahhough at present, none of them is a perfect technique that could meet with the requirement of the metabonomics for measuring all metabolites. Recent advancements and applications of metabonomics in cardiovascular disease are reviewed. It can be expected that with the development of the data acquisition platform, metabonomics will play a major role in the disease diagnostic biomarkers and cardiovascular disease.
