摘要
目的探讨局部麻醉下鼻内镜手术应用硝酸甘油控制血压、减少出血的效果。方法将58例局部麻醉下行鼻窦开放手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组29例。对照组执行普通局部麻醉,观察组在对照组的基础上应用硝酸甘油进行控制性降压。比较2组术中出血量、手术时间及最高血压。结果观察组术中出血量、平均手术时间和最高血压均低于对照组,2组比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部麻醉下鼻内镜手术中应用硝酸甘油进行控制性降压可减少术中出血量,提高手术质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of Nitroglycerin on controlling blood pressure and reducing amount of bleeding during nasal endoscopic surgery under local anesthesia.Methods Fifty-eight patients with nasal endoscopic surgery under local anesthesia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,twenty-nine cases in each group.The cases in control group were given conventional local anesthesia.Based on the control group,the cases in observation group were given Nitroglycerin to control blood pressue.The amount of bleeding and operation time and the intraoperative highest blood pressure of two groups were observed.Results Amount of bleeding,the average operation time and the highest blood prssure in observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of Nitroglycerin to control blood pressure stepping down in nasal endoscopic surgery under local anesthesia can reduce amount of bleeding and improve the quality of surgery.
