摘要
从传统的研究生导师的角色与职责出发,指出了研究生在就业困难的新形势下,导师在研究生职业发展教育中的角色地位转变的必要性与转变的方向,并提出可供借鉴的操作方案,即促进导师角色由"学术导师"向"生涯导师"转变。
This paper points out the necessity for tutors＇ role transformation in career development education under the condition of postgraduates＇ difficulty in seeking employment. Meanwhile a feasible solution has been put forward that tutors should pay more attention to guiding their employment seeking when instructing postgraduates＇ academic research.
