摘要
社会学的基本性质和特点问题在社会学中一直存在争议。社会学中多个传统或范式的存在,是效仿不同的学科标准、围绕"个体与社会的关系"的核心假设建构社会学学科身份的结果。社会学发展历程中主题话语的变化,折射出特定时代旨趣对社会学研究问题域的强化与遮蔽效果,以及社会学对自身经典传统的重构。作为一门社会责任感与现实感都很强烈的学科,社会学经常需要在激进与保守的两极之间游走。在当代情形之下,社会学的意义将取决于它如何去想象。社会学理念的实现依赖于它能否既改变社会的现实,又改变社会的思想;在维护社会现实的同时,带领社会向下一个更为理想的目标接近。
Sociologists always disagree on the nature and basic features of sociology. Differences in traditions or paradigms result from variations in norms borrowed from other disciplines, in an attempt to construct sociology＇s identity by centering on the relationship between the individual and society. Subject shifts in sociology reflect the stimulating or hindering effect imposed by the purport of a certain historical period and the reconstruction of classic traditions in sociology. As a discipline with a strong sense of social responsibility and reality, sociology often needs to find its place between radical and conservative extremes. At present, the significance of sociology depends on how it imagines. Realization of sociology＇s ideal relies on whether it can change social reality and thoughts and whether it will provide proper guidance so that society moves closer to an ideal state while maintaining the status quo.
