组织学习的概念界定及测量被引量：3

摘要基于国内外主要组织学习定义与测量工具的系统研究,整合界定了一个组织学习定义,应用该定义并参照Churchill的量表开发程序,开发了一个组织学习量表,实证结果表明,具有较好的信度与效度。
