摘要
在我国经济体制转型的过程中,国有企业分享制实践主要有:放权让利及承包经营责任制、股份合作制、内部职工持股、年薪制和股票期权。国有企业分享制实践中存在的主要问题在于其受到观念性、主体性、客体性因素的制约,解决这些问题的路径在于理清对分享制的认识、加大人力资本投入、壮大国有企业为分享制实践提供的物质条件以及搞好分享制实践的试点工作。
In the course of transforming planned economy to socialist market economy, state-owned enterprises are taking some measures to practise sharing system as follows, the relaxing of control and practicing the enterprise contract responsibility system; the using of share-holding system; the shareholding by interior staff; and the system of annual salary and the stock option. Some problems in the practices of sharing system in state-owned enterprises are resulted from its ideas, subjectivities and object factors. The disolving ways lie in deeper understanding of sharing system, enlargement of investment of human resources, and strengthening of state-owned enterprises, which is help-ful in providing materials for practices and dealing with new problems.
