摘要
农村基层政权是党在农村的执政基础,这个基础的牢固与否,直接影响到党的执政地位和国家的稳定。加强农村基层政权建设,对于推进城乡一体化,落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会,具有十分重要的战略意义。从当前农村基层政权存在的问题出发,提出了完善农村基层政权的建议。
Rural grass-roots power is the ruling foundation of the Chinese Communist Party in rural areas, which directly affected the Party＇s ruling status and nation＇s stability. Strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots power has important strategic significance for promoting the integration of urban and rural, implementing scientific development view, and constructing harmonious society. Based on the problems in rural grass-roots power, the improving suggestions were proposed.
