超支化聚酯酰胺/聚氨酯水分散体制备及其成膜性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 将聚氨酯预聚体接枝到以季戊四醇为核,二羟甲基丙酸、二异丙醇胺、六氢苯酐为单体的超支化聚酯-酰胺上,得到了聚氨酯/超支化聚酯-酰胺(PU-HP)杂化水分散体。采用了FT-IR、SEM和化学滴定等方法对产物进行了表征和分析。实验表明超支化聚氨酯水分散体的粒径约50 nm,在水中有良好的分散性和稳定性;以氮丙啶作固化剂可以制得耐水性较好的漆膜,同时具有良好的成膜性和物理性能;并确定了氮丙啶的最佳用量为0.5%。 The aqueous dispersion of polyurethane/hyperbranched poly(ester- amide) has been synthesized by polyurethane prepolymer grafted to hyperbranched poly( esteramide), which is based upon penta as a core molecule and monomers of MPA, diisopropanolamine (DIPA) and hexahy drophthalie anhydride (HHPA). The structure of the product were characterized by IR, SEM and chemical titrimetry. It appeared that the particle diameter of the aqueous dispersion was 50 nm, which shows good dispersion and stability in water. The coating films provides good physical properties and water resistance when aziridin is used as curing agent at 0. 5%.
