摘要
羟基磷灰石(HA)晶须可用作生物陶瓷的增韧材料。实验采用四水硝酸钙和磷酸氢二铵的混合物为前躯物,以水为溶剂,以尿素为pH值调节剂,以山梨醇(90%)+苏氨酸(10%)为混合助剂,在110℃下经10h的水热处理制备了结晶度高,形貌均一,长径比相对较大的晶须状HA晶体。借助X-射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)及透射电子显微电镜(TEM)对HA晶须的晶相组成、化学组成、形貌、及大小分别进行了表征。
Hydroxyapatite (HA) whisker could be used as toughening material in bioceramic. In this experiment, hydroxyapatite whiskers with high crystalline, uniform morphology and high aspect ratio can be successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal treatment at 110 ℃ and for 10h, using Ca(NO3)2 · 4H2O and (NH4)2HPO4 as precursor, distilled water as solvent, urea as pH adjusting agent, sorbitol(90%) and threonine(10%) as additives. The phases, chemical composition, morphology and size of obtained products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and Fouler transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) respectively.
