摘要
目的建立一种黄花败酱总皂苷胶囊质量控制的定量方法。方法采用薄层色谱扫描法。以石油醚-醋酸乙酯(3∶1)为展开剂,λS=530nm,参比波长λR=700nm,SX=3。结果此系统分离效果好,斑点前后无杂质干扰,适于定量分析。黄花败酱胶囊中含齐墩果酸1.655mg/g。结论该方法灵敏、简便、准确,可用于该制剂的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for the quantitative determination of oleanolic and in Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch total saponin gleation capsule. Methods TLCS method was set up with ligarine - ethylacetate（3： 1 ） as the mobile phase,λs = 530 nm, λR = 700nm,SX = 3. Results The content of oleanolic acid was 1. 6554 mg/g. Conclusion The method is sensitive, simple, specific and accurate for the determination of oleanolic acid in Patrinia scabiosaefolia Fisch total saponin capsule.
