摘要
改革开放30年,是中国保险业取得重大进步的30年。行业面貌发生巨大变化;服务能力全面提高;行业影响迅速提升。回顾30年的发展历程,保险业每一次发展进步,都与我国的改革开放进程息息相关。国家的改革开放为保险业创造了良好的发展环境;保险业自身的改革开放为行业发展注入了强大的动力和活力。面向未来,保险业要深入贯彻科学发展观,必须坚定不移地继续推进改革开放,这是我国经济社会发展的必然选择,也是实现保险业又好又快发展的必然选择。保险业坚持深化改革,努力扩大开放,必须按照科学发展观的要求,进一步解放思想,坚持以市场机制为主导、以政府推动为助力、以自主创新为重点,积极探索中国特色保险业的发展道路。
During the past three decades since China＇s adoption of the reform and open-up policy, the insurance industry had made long-stride progress. The industry has taken on a new look, the quality of its services have been all-roundly upgraded, and the social impact of this industry has rose continuously. Looking back at these 30 years, it is obvious that every step forward made by the industry is closely linked with the progress of China＇s reform and open-up endeavors. The reform and open-up policy created a favorable external environment for the insurance industry＇s development, while at the same time, the reform and open-up of this industry itself injected strong vitality for its further development. Looking into the future, the industry should continue to carry out reform and open-up policies by steadfastly following the concept of scientific development. This is an inevitable choice for both the socio-economic development of China and consistent development of the insurance industry. In doing so, the industry should continue to maintain an open approach and grope for a route with China＇s characteristics, namely, having the market as the central force, the government as the auxiliary engine and independent innovation as the focus.
