摘要
针对吐哈低渗低粘油田进入高含水期后暴露的诸多开采矛盾,为了进一步提高老油田的开发水平,编制了吐哈油田二次开发框架方案。研究方案中指出了吐哈油田实施二次开发的依据和意义,论证了二次开发的必要性和可行性,对二次开发做了总体部署并提出了保障措施,为编制各油田具体的二次开发实施方案指明了方向。
As for production contradiction exposed in late high water - cut period of Tuha low permeability and viscosity oilfield, in order to-further improve development level of old oilfield, secondary development framework plan of Tuha oilfietd is worked out. Evidence： and significance of the implementation of secondary development in Tuba oilfield are pointed out ; its necessity and feasibility are demonstrated. Second development is totally planned, guaranteed measuresare given. It guides the implementation of secondary development worked out for various oilfields.
