摘要
通过对软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料发泡反应中水与TDI反应机理的探计，运风化学动力学和热力学理论推导得出不同水和物理发泡剂用量时叔胺催化剂用量的计算公式。生产实践表明，计算值与经验值相符，从而证明公式对生产配方中叔按催化剂用量的确定有指导作用。
The mechanism of reaction between water and TDI was explored in making flexible PU foam. According to the theories of chemical kinetics and thermochemistry, a formula used to calculate the amount of tertiary amine has been inferred. It shows that the calcu lated value almost equals to experiential value and the formula is useful in foam produc-tion.
