摘要
总结姜树民教授治疗非甾体抗炎药引起胃黏膜损伤的经验。认为非甾体抗炎药引起的胃黏膜损伤,初为气虚血瘀证,病久多见寒湿困脾、脾胃湿热证。治疗时,病初以益气活血法,病久予苦温燥湿或清热化湿法。
This article introduces professor Jiang Shumin＇s experience in treating injury of gastric mueosa following nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs by herbs. It is argued that this injury Should be treated by enriching qi and activating blood in the early stage, and by drying dampness or clearing heat and resolving dampness in the later stage.

熊国卫（1982-），男，江苏淮安人，硕士生，主要从事中西医结合消化系统疾病临床研究工作。
姜树民（1957-）系辽宁中医药大学教授、硕士生导师、主任医师，省级名医，国家中医临床优秀人才研修班项目优秀学员；师从国家级名老中医李玉奇教授、周学文教授，从事消化系统疾病临床及科研20余年，积累了丰富的临床经验，在运用中医药治疗非甾体抗炎药引起的胃黏膜损伤方面，结合患者体质、饮食、服药、情志等特点，辨证施治，疗效卓著。
