摘要
以我国体操在大众体育和学校体育中的现实状况为出发点,借鉴中国知网上相关文献的调研结果,通过分析体操运动员技术等级标准,初步定义了标准中的"全能思想"和"6选1"两个概念,并指出:"全能思想"不适合我国体操的发展,解决不了器材缺乏和师资缺少这两大问题;"6选1"是较好的选择,有助于提高体操练习者的积极性,增加体操练习的人数,扩大体操等级运动员队伍,增强体操师资力量,利于体操的推广与普及。
Based on the reality of gymnastics teaching in our mass sports and school physical education, and taking the result of some studies in CNKI, through analyzing the standard of gymnastics athlete＇s technical levels, this paper defines two concepts, idea of almightiness and select-one-from-six, points out that the idea of almightiness in standards does not suit for development of gymnastics, can＇t resolve the problem of lacking apparatus and teachers. On the contrary, select-one-from-six is a better choice. It can help to enhance trainers＂ enthusiasm, increase the number of athletes, enlarge grades＂ teams and strengthen the force of teachers and be benefit to the long-term development in China.
