摘要
以4个不同浓度(1 mg.L-1、10 mg.L-1、50 mg.L-1、100 mg.L-1)的6-BA保鲜液对香石竹切花进行了瓶插试验。外部形态观察和生理生化指标的测定结果表明,3%蔗糖+200 mg.L-18-羟基喹啉+200 mg.L-1柠檬酸+50 mg.L-16-BA配方能很好地维持切花水分平衡及膜结构的稳定性,提高POD活性,减缓可溶性蛋白含量的降低,使切花的瓶插寿命延长到23.5 d,最大花径比对照(蒸馏水)增加11.06%,比不加6-BA的增加6.67%。
The base of cut carnation was steeped in 1 mg·L^-1 ,10 mg·L 1,50 mg·L 1,100 mg·L^-1 solution, and observed outward morphology and determined physiological index, the result showed water balance, stability of relative membrane permeability and solubile protein content and increased the activity of POD, so that the vase life was prolonged in the four treatment compared with control. The best treatment solution was. 3%Su+200 mg·L^-1 8-HQS+200 mg·L^-1CA+50 mg·L^-1 6-BA. The vase life could prolong 13 d than contrast. The max of flower diameter was increased 11.06% than in the distilled water and 6.67% was increased than in the preservative solution without 6-BA.
