摘要
目的研究城市回用水的遗传毒性。方法利用固相萃取技术提取城市回用水中有机物,采用Ames试验、体外胞质阻滞法微核试验检测其遗传毒性。结果在无代谢活化系统的条件下2次水样萃取物TA98和TA100在相当于原水2 000 ml/皿剂量时均出现不同程度的抑菌现象,2次水样各剂量组回变菌落数呈剂量-反应关系,其中1 000 ml/皿均超过自然回变菌落数的2倍,表明水样对TA98和TA100突变菌株有诱变作用。但在体外胞质阻滞微核试验中,城市回用水并未显示出明显的遗传毒性。结论城市回用水有机提取物具有一定致突变作用。
Objective To study genetoxic effect of reclaimed water in Tianjin.Methods Reverse phase C-18 solid-phase extraction(RP-C18SPE) was used for the extraction of target compounds from water samples.Cell cytokinesis block micromuclei test and Ames test were used to detect genetoxic.Results Ames test showed that both untreated reclaimed water and treated reclaimed water could induce mutation of TA98 and TA100 strains.But Cell cytokinesis block micronuclei test was negative.Conclusion Ames test showed that after treatment,organic pollutant was not completely removed in recaimed water,which showed mutation effects.
