摘要
采用超音速火焰喷涂技术在钢基体表面制备WC-Co涂层,利用X射线、万能拉伸试验机、显微硬度计、金相显微镜等仪器分析涂层的组织结构与性能,并采用正交试验法研究了主要热喷涂参数对涂层表面性能的影响。结果表明:涂层孔隙率小于1%,界面结合良好、无剥落;喷涂距离是影响涂层结合强度、硬度的主要因素,当喷涂距离为210mm时,结合强度可达到71.6MPa,显微硬度可达到HV1777;WC的分解受到温度和喷涂距离的共同作用,分解率可达到50%以上。
The WC-Co coating was deposited by high-velocity oxygen-fuel (HVOF) spraying. The substructure and properties were analyzed by XRD, tensile tester, micro-hardness tester, optical microscope and so on. The results showed that: The porosity ratio of coating was below 1% and interface between coating and steel was integral. The spraying distance was the most important factor which affects bond strength and hardness. The bond strength was 71.6 MPa and micro-hardness was HV1 777 when the spraying distance was 210 mm. The decomposition of WC attributes to temperature and spraying distance. It was found that the decomposition ratio of WC was able to be above 50%.
