摘要
针对成品油船货油装卸系统自动化研究的关键技术问题,进行了半实物仿真研究。通过对货油装卸工艺的分析,构建了基于RS485总线的由各种硬件设备组成的仿真平台,并应用组态王6.5和VB混合编程技术完成了基于DDE的实时通信程序的开发。为了减小由液位传感器数据采集延时带来的误差,提出了传感器测量和流量变频控制相结合的改进方案。仿真结果表明:该仿真系统满足货油装卸过程中状态监测及控制的实时要求,对研制实船的货油装卸系统有重要参考价值。
Aiming at the key technical problems in the automatization system of product oil tanker's cargo handling, the simulation of semi-hardware in the loop was carried out, By analyzing the handling technology, the simulation platform based on RS485 standard was set up, which consisted of diversified hardware equipments. Then using kingview version 6.5 combined with VB programming, the real-time communication program was developed. In order to diminish measuring error arising from tank sensor for data acquisition delay, an improved project was proposed, which combined flux and frequency conversion controlling with sensor measuring. The simulation result proves that it completely satisfies the real-time requirements of state control in handling process, and it also provides the valuable reference for the system of equipping ship design and research.
