摘要
目的了解低年级医学生的气质类型分布和心理卫生健康状况及影响因素，为心理卫生健康教育的普及提供参考资料。方法九四年级医本科305名刚进入二年级的学生，其中男生176名，女生129名，平均年龄19．46±1．56岁，各种调查用问卷的形式，由受试者自己填写；控制答卷时间，先对他们的气质进行测验，然后进行人格和症状量表测验。结果受试者的气质中主要的有两种，属于多血质的94人（占30.8％），属于粘液质的54人（占177％）。约44．4％的受试者有不同程度的心理障碍。女生心理障碍较男生较重，影响他们心理健康的主要因素是经济来源、前途、家庭、恋爱、学习负担等问题。结论低年级医学生比非医学院校大学生心理障碍严重。高校必须注重学生的心理特点和身心健康状况，积极开展心理卫生咨询和健康教育是很重要的。
To underetand the distribution of tem-perament and the condition of psychological health and the influential elments on the medical students in lower grade, and to provide information for the educ-ation and the populdrity of mental health.Method There were 305 medical students who just enter grade two were tested. Among them there were 176 male students and 129 femal students. Their average ages were 19. 46 ±1、 56, all the answered question were present in the papers, and they were an-swered by the students themselves, controlling the an-swering time, first investigating the tmperament,then doing the EPQ and SCL-90 tests.Result There were mainly two types of tempa-tions, about 94 (30. 8% ) and 54 (17. 7% ) students whose temptations were sanguine and phlegmatic re-spectively. There were about 44. 4 % among the tested students had psychological problems. The elaments what influence on their mental health were about mainly economic, future, family, loves and study bur-den.Conclusion The results suggest that most medical students have psychological problems compared with general College students who weren' t medical students in some dgree in current society. It is necessary to de-velop the psychological intervention and the mental health education for medical students.
