摘要
华中科技大学联创团队是通过主动实践获得成功的典范,近年来其在学生科技大赛上屡获佳绩,甚至获得2007年微软"创新杯"IT挑战项目全球第一名,其创新能力引起各界关注。本文详细分析联创团队取得的成绩、成长历程、团队文化以及远景,并由其成功经验得出有益的启示。
Proactive practicing can enhance the college student＇s innovation ability significantly; unique studio is the pilot of proactive practicing. In the past years, they have won the No. 1 prize of ＂Image Cup＂ of Microsoft Global IT Competition in 2007, and lots of global competition. In this paper, the experience of growing-up, team culture and vision have been analyzed. As a result, inspiration of the innovation cultivation has been concluded from the successful experience.
