摘要
发展循环经济的基础是生态化技术创新。本文在确定生态化技术创新内涵的基础上,分析了在中国推动生态化技术创新的重要意义及现实障碍,最后讨论了政府在技术创新中的作用。
The development of the circular economy is based on the ecological trend of technological innovation. After discussing the definition of the ecological trend of technological innovation, the author has analyzed the significance and the practical barriers of developing the ecological trend of technological innovation. At the same time, the author has also discussed the important role of the government in the ecological trend of technological innovation.
