摘要
功率放大器是无线系统的重要组成部分,驱动电路是任何一类功放都必不可少的。各类功放的设计已有大量的文献发表,但只有较少的专利和文献涉及驱动电路的设计。AB类功率放大器是目前应用比较多的一种,因此AB类功放驱动电路的研究具有重要意义。针对MOS管的BSIM3模型,提出和分析了AB类经典功放的多种驱动电路方案,最后用HSpice对每个所设计的驱动电路进行了精确的仿真,验证了其可行性及正确性。
Power amplifier is an important component of wireless system,and the driving circuits are absolutely necessary for any kinds of PAs. The design of all kinds of PAs has been expatiated by so many literatures,while the driving circuits are involved in fewer patents and literatures. Class AB power amplifiers are so wide used now,and therefore the research of driving circuits for class AB power amplifiers is of great significance. The main part of this paper is as follow: more than one driving circuits for class AB typical power amplifiers using the BSIM3 model of MOS are proposed and analyzed. Finally,accurate simulation for each designed driving circuit is carried out by Hspice,the feasibility and correctness of the designs are verified.
