摘要
目的了解广东省城市高中与中等职业学校学生性相关危险性行为状况,分析有关的影响因素,为制定干预措施提供科学依据。方法对广东省5个城市高中、职业技术学校共10016名学生进行青少年危险性行为问卷调查,并进行描述性分析。结果青春期知识教育率为75.3%,21.9%的学生看过色情书籍或音像制品,36.2%的学生有单独约会异性朋友行为,32.8%的学生有亲密行为,5.9%的学生曾发生过性行为,1.8%的学生有被迫性行为。观看色情书籍或音像制品、有异性朋友、有亲密行为的学生性行为率更高。性行为率男比女高,经济好和差两类地区比经济中等地区高,中专职校比高中高,非重点高中比重点高中高。多因素Logistic回归分析表明,性行为与青春期知识教育、观看色情书籍或音像制品呈负相关,与单独约会异性朋友、有亲密行为呈正相关。结论学生性相关危险行为的发生有性别、学校类别和地区差异,学校健康教育要有针对性地开展各种形式的性知识和生殖健康教育,使学生建立正确的性态度,以预防过早发生性行为。
Objective To analyze the sexual risk behaviors and influential factors of senior high school and professional technical school students in cities of Guangdong province and to provide a basis for developing intervention measures. Methods A descriptive analysis about risk behaviors through the same questionnaire on 10 016 students from senior high school and professional technical school students in 5 cities was carried out. Results Adolescent sex education rate was 75.3%, 21.9% of the students have read erotic books and watched AV products.The rates of making date with opposite sex, familarity, sexual behavior and unwanted sexual behavior were 36.2%, 32.8%, 5.9% and 1.8%, respectively.The sexual behavior tend to happened in students having risk behaviors; The rates of sexual behavior were higher in male than in female, in developed economic area than in leas-developed economic area, in professional technical school titan in senior high school, in ordinary middle school than in key middle school.The sexual behavior rate was negative correlated to behaviors of reading erotic books, watching erotic AV products, and positive correlated to behaviors of rendezvous heterology and familarity. Conclusions To avoid prematurel sexual intercourse, various kinds of sexual knowledge and reproductive health education should be drawed up toward differents target population because there were difference consisting in sexes, schools and regions.
