联合微型静脉皮瓣修复手指环形组织缺损11例 被引量:2

摘要 1999-02~2005-02笔者应用联合微型静脉皮瓣修复手指环形皮肤缺损11例;男7例,女4例;年龄16~51岁.拇指近节3例,食指中节2例,中指中节2例、近节3例,环指中节1例.均于伤后6~8 h急诊手术.均为手指环形缺损或清创后创面环形缺损,伴有一侧或双侧指固有动脉缺损或挫伤.伴肌腱外露或缺损5例;伴指骨骨折6例,其中粉碎骨折2例.
