摘要
本文是利用层次分析法对技术进步诸多因素进行处理，找出主要矛盾方面，从而为进行生产决策。
This article deals with a lot of technical progress factors with the aid of Analytical Hierachy Process. It is aimed at exploring the principal contradiction and providing accordingly a scientific basis for productive decision and a technical progress of enterprise.
