摘要
国家知识产权战略实施的重要支撑源于知识产权人才的培养。知识产权教育与知识产权战略的有效实施具有明显的互动关系。在我国知识产权教育中存在知识产权意识淡薄、师资力量不足、人才培养层次结构不够合理等问题。选择科学合理,特别是符合我国国情的知识产权教育方式,如加强知识产权普及教育;加快知识产权师资培养和培训;提高知识产权人才培养层次和水平等,对于完善知识产权教育和人才培养体系具有十分重要的意义。
The implementation of national intellectual property rights strategy depends on the cultivation of talents specialized in intellectual property rights. There exists dynamic relations between intellectual property rights education and effective implementation of intellectual property rights strategy. In our country, the problems such as weak awareness of intellectual property rights, lack of qualified teachers, and unrational composition of trained personnel exists in the education of intellectual property rights. Therefore it will be very important for the perfection of intellectual property rights education and talents cultivation and training system to adopt scientfic approaches of intellectual property rights education, especially those conforming to our national conditions, for example, popularizing intellectual property rights education, accelerating teachers training, improving personnel training level.
