摘要
名词动用从创新到习语化,经历若干历时发展阶段,反映语言变化规律。能够被用作动词的名词必须至少满足三个必要条件。C&C九分法和Dirven五分法从语言音、形、义整体结构出发,满足对名词动用现象的描写充分性,并且视角互补。根据这两个标准对英汉名词动用加以对比发现,在宏观上名词动用表现出明显的语言共性特征,而在具体表达和使用过程中,英汉差异则十分突出。
From innovation to idiomatization, denominal verbs have gone through stages, which shows how language changes. A noun has to satisfy at least three conditions before it could be temporarily used as a verb. C&C's and Dirven's classifications take the global language structure, including phonetic, syntactic and semantic components, into consideration. The two classifications complement each other and fully describe the phenomena of denominal verbs. This research concludes that denominal verbs in different languages share universal features globally, while specifically, the differences between English and Chinese are prominent.
