摘要
结合组织发展和公共选择相关理论．从供给和需求双向角度分析农村合作经济组织在社区公共物品供给中的功能，结果表明：农村合作经济组织不仅可以作为供给主体有效地提供公共物品，弥补政府或类政权组织在公共物品供给上的缺位问题：而且可以通过聚合和整合农户需求信息来推进公共物品需求表达机制的建立，提高公共物品的政府供给效率。
Using organization change theory and public choice theory, this article adopting empirical research methods analyzes the functions of rural cooperative economic organization in supply of community-based public goods from the 2-D perspectives of supply and demand. The results indicate that rural cooperative economic organization can not only supply public goods effectively as a main provider, which can offset the vacancy of the government or the analogous organization of the state political power;, but also push the process of establishing the demand expression mechanism through aggregating and integrating the household＇s demand information, which is useful for the government to improve the efficiency of supplying public goods.
