浙江省高中生网络成瘾的心理社会因素研究 被引量:8

Psychosocial Factors Related to Internet Addiction Disorders Among Senior Middle School Students in Zhejiang Province

摘要 目的了解浙江省高中生网络成瘾(IAD)现状及其心理社会因素,为采取心理干预措施提供理论依据。方法随机抽取浙江省11所中学的在校高中生,用自编一般情况调查表、网络成瘾问卷、艾森克人格问卷、中学生应激源量表、中学生应对方式问卷等进行测查。结果浙江省高中生网络成瘾报告率为8.9%,男生高于女生。IAD组各应激源平均分均高于非IAD组。除寻求支持外,其余应对方式与网络成瘾总分均有相关性。IAD组的N分和P分的平均得分高于非IAD组,L分低于非IAD组。多元逐步回归分析表明,父母管教方式压力、L分、逃避、幻想否认、P分、同学压力等6个变量进入回归方程。结论网络成瘾的心理干预可从应激的各个要素着手。 Objective To study the prevalence of internet addiction disorder(IAD) and the related psychosocial factors, and to provide bases for prevention measures. Methods A random sample of senior middle school students from 11 cities or towns were investigated with self-administered questionnaire, Internet Addiction Test(IAT), Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ), Coping Style Scale for Middle School Students, and Stressor Scale for Middle School Students. Results The prevalence of IAD was 8.9%, which was higher in schoolboys than in schoolgirls. All scores of Stressor Scale were higher in IAD group than in non IAD group. All the scores of coping style are correlated with total score of IAT except for support seeking. The P score and N score in EPQ were higher in IAD group than in non IAD group and L score was lower in IAD. Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that education manner of patents, L score, flight, fantasy and denial, P score and accompanier pressure entered the equation. Conclusion Psychological intervention of internet addiction can be conducted based on each factors of stress.
