高温酸化缓蚀剂的合成与筛选 被引量:15

摘要 根据高温油藏的特点,室内合成了咪唑啉类和曼尼希碱两种缓蚀剂,通过失重法分别评价了两种缓蚀剂在15%盐酸溶液中的缓蚀性能。室内进行了130℃条件下的模拟试验,结果表明咪唑啉类缓蚀剂在温度较高的情况下缓蚀效果急剧变差,而曼尼希碱在高温时表现出优良的缓蚀性能。曼尼希碱缓蚀剂与炔醇复配使用时,缓蚀效果更佳,实验确定了复配的最佳配比。 According to the characteristics of oil reservoir at high temperature, the two corrosion inhibitors that are imidazoline and Mannich base were synthesized. The corrosion inhibition performance of imidazoline and Mannich base in 15% HCl was evaluated by weight loss. The results of simulation test at 130℃ showed that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of imidazoline decreased significantly at higher temperature, in contrast, Mannich base displayed good corrosion inhibition efficiency. The corrosion inhibition efficiency is excellent when Mannich base was employed accompanied by alkynol, and the optimal ratio of complex inhibitor was determined by experiment.
